BILH Winchester Hospital

Bring your experience to Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Working in our CAP-accredited lab, Medical Technologists will rotate working in chemistry, hematology, and blood bank, and coagulation as needed.  As part of our collegial environment, pathologists are always available on call and are very responsive to both the day and night teams.  We offer 8- and 10-hour shifts and provide an excellent salary and above-average shift differentials.

If you are looking for a position with autonomy, a voice that is heard and respected, and patients that range from Med/Surg to Critical Care and pediatric to adult, look no further than Magnet®-designated Winchester Hospital.  Here colleagues rally around our mission: To Care. To Heal. To Excel. In Service to Our Community. Our affiliation with Beth Israel Lahey Health furthers our mission by allowing us to offer patients streamlined, coordinated and comprehensive care, close to home.

Join the interdisciplinary team at Magnet®-designated Winchester Hospital.  Using GE E10 and Parks Flo Lab, our ICVAL Accredited department performs 8 – 10 procedures per shift, including Carotids, Venous (DVT, Reflux and Mapping), Arterial Studies, and Bypass Grafts.
