Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is now Beth Israel Lahey Health.
Our Level I Trauma Center is growing and that means excellent opportunities for OR, ED & ICU registered nurses (RNs) and surgical techs.
Recognized as a trailblazer in medicine, we perform 50-60 procedures daily throughout our 22 operating rooms, including the following surgical specialties:
The Neurosciences Progressive Care Unit is a 12-bed acute progressive care unit specializing in the care of acutely ill patients with life-threatening neurologic disease or life-threatening neurologic manifestations of systemic disease. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3 throughout all shifts.
The Neurosciences Critical Care Unit is a 6-bed acute intensive care unit specializing in the care of acutely ill patients with life-threatening neurologic disease or life-threatening neurologic manifestations of a systemic disease, and the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1 or 1:2 throughout all shifts. Using the latest technologies, you will provide care to patients requiring ventilatory support, hemodynamic monitoring, ICP monitoring, targeted temperature management, osmotic therapy, in addition to providing support and comfort to the families of these patients.
