About Lahey Hospital & Medical Center Patient Access
Working in Patient Access means you will be making a difference in the lives of others.  The Patient Access Specialist plays a critical role at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center as the first point of contact with our patients. Our team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping our patients navigate their health care journey. Extensive training including Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) provided.

Current Schedules and Locations available:

We offer a competitive salary and full- and part-time benefits that start on day 1, including on-the-job training, part-time benefits eligibility, an on-campus cafeteria, and free parking.

Some of the departments that you could support include: Emergency department, call center, registration, primary care, urgent care, radiology, medicine and surgical specialty clinics, and the lab. Positions are available in Burlington, Peabody, Beverly, Wilmington, and Winchester.

Available shifts include: 

  • First (7a-3:30p, 8:30a-5p, 9:30a-6p, 11a-7:30p)
  • Second (3-11:30p)
  • Third (11p-7a)
  • Rotating weekend day/night shifts

Join the virtual chat from any device on the day of the event. During your one-on-one text chat, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share your experience with a Recruiter. Be prepared to chat live via video 1:1 with a hiring manager during the event.
