As a tertiary care center utilizing the latest evidence-based solutions, we care for the sickest patients – from the extremely active open-heart surgery ICU to our trauma surgery ICU, our cutting-edge neuro and medicine population, to responding to trauma stat calls in our trauma Level I emergency room.

• Emergency Department
• General Internal Medicine

• Surgical Intensive Care

In addition to a master’s degree in social work and current licensure at either the LICSW or LCSW level by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure for social work, ideal candidates will be:

• Skilled in the areas of psychosocial assessment, treatment/intervention and coordination of care
• Able to provide a variety of treatment modalities, including individual, couples, group and family therapy
• Utilizing a theoretical base of knowledge to assess, diagnose, formulate interventions and evaluate clinical outcomes
• Able to prioritize and manage caseload within a fast-paced multidisciplinary setting
